  • Orders are typically processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving cleared payment except COD (cash on delivery)

  • Weight-Based Shipping: For heavier items, shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight of your order at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Shipping Duration: Most domestic orders within Maharashtra will be delivered within 2-3 business days. Deliveries to other states may take 3-7 business days.
  • Weight-Based Shipping: Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your chosen service and order weight.

Please note: These are estimated delivery timelines and actual delivery times may vary depending on factors like order processing, location, and carrier performance. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or carrier issues.

At Affine, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and a positive shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. This policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds for our products.

Eligibility for Refunds:

You are generally eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your purchase if:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon arrival: We will gladly offer a full refund or replacement for any item that arrives damaged or defective. Please notify us within order number and days of receiving the item to initiate the return process.
  • The item is significantly different from its description: If an item you receive does not significantly match the description on our website, you are eligible for a full refund, including return shipping costs.
  • The order is cancelled before it ships: If you cancel your order before it ships, you will receive a full refund.

Non-Refundable Items:

We are unable to offer refunds for the following:

  • Digital products: Once downloaded or accessed, digital products are non-refundable.
  • Items returned after the refund window: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items returned after 7 days from the purchase date.
  • Items missing original packaging or documentation: Items must be returned in their original packaging with all documentation to be eligible for a refund.
